DIM is an app that allows you to efficiently manage all your items across your guardians and vault. With DIM, you can easily create and equip saved loadouts for seamless gear swapping, eliminating the need to visit the vault.

<li>Effortlessly transfer items between guardians without the need to move them to the vault first.</li>
<li>Enjoy Xbox Live and PlayStation authentication for a secure gaming experience.</li>
<li>Quickly search for any item in your inventory.</li>
<li>Move armor, weapons, materials, and consumables directly to another character.</li>
<li>Automatically moves items out of the way if the destination is full.</li>
<li>Achieve maximum light in a single action.</li>
<li>Create personalized loadouts, allowing you to move predefined sets of items with just one click.</li>
</ul>
It is important to note that Bungie only allows one move per second, so transferring your entire inventory may take a few seconds. However, thanks to DIM, you can accomplish this without the need to visit the vault. For example, moving an unequipped helmet from the vault to another guardian and equipping it would require just three moves in total.
