It is important to note that Bungie only allows one move per second, so transferring your entire inventory may take a few seconds. However, thanks to DIM, you can accomplish this without the need to visit the vault. For example, moving an unequipped helmet from the vault to another guardian and equipping it would require just three moves in total.
